Sean is fully licensed in New York and Florida to practice Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) with a MS degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.
​
Sean has completed Levels 1 and 2 of Basic Training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He actively uses EMDR daily in his practice with adults. Sean also receives ongoing EMDR Consultation to make sure all clients are engaging in the safest and most effective forms of EMDR Therapy.

​Sean has completed formalized training from the Linehan Institute in the use of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
