Vision Board Creation Workshop

Michele Veglia, an experienced Holistic Life Coach in at Peaceful Living Mental Health Counseling in Scarsdale, NY, will take you on an evening of manifesting your goals and dreams into reality.  Vision Boards are a proven, effective way to help you achieve all that you desire through concrete visualization methods and techniques.  

What to Expect:

• The evening will start with a guided meditation to help you get grounded and present, so you are in the optimal mindset for manifesting your dreams
• A brief overview on the history of vision boards and how to use them
• A fun, creative, therapeutic process in which you will craft your own vision board in the company of like minded peers
• We will end our workshop with an activation exercise so you can leave the workshop feeling inspired and motivated to turn your vision into reality

• Wine and light refreshments
• Magazines and photos will be included, but you are also encouraged to bring your own inspiration as well
• 10 minute massages offered by Licensed Massage Therapists
